Welcome to FIG Booking Software! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform ("Service"). By signing up, accessing, or using FIG, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Service.
1. Definitions
- "FIG," "we," "our," or "us" refers to FIG Booking Software, the provider of the SaaS platform.
- "You," "your," or "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Service.
- "Client" refers to end-users who book services through your FIG account.
- "Subscription" refers to the paid access plan selected by the User.
- "Third-party services" refers to external integrations such as Stripe, Twilio, and Dialpad.
2. Access & Use of Service
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FIG. By using our Service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
2.2 Account Registration
You must create an account to access FIG. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. FIG is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised login details.
2.3 Subscription & Payment
FIG operates on a subscription-based model with different pricing plans. You agree to pay all applicable fees based on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
3. Service Features & Limitations
FIG provides features including but not limited to:
- Online Booking – Manage customer appointments and scheduling.
- Smart Scheduling – Automate team assignments and optimize availability.
- Payroll & Timesheets – Track team work hours and generate payroll reports.
- Communication Tools – Use email and SMS for customer engagement.
- Reports & Analytics – Access business insights on bookings, payments, and more.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.
4. Third-Party Integrations
FIG integrates with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Dialpad). By using these integrations:
- You acknowledge that FIG is not responsible for their functionality, security, or availability.
- Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business and payment information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using FIG.
- Use FIG only for lawful purposes (e.g., no fraudulent bookings or spam messaging).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data Privacy & Security
- We collect and store data necessary for service functionality.
- FIG implements security measures to protect user data, but we do not guarantee absolute security.
- For GDPR/CCPA compliance, you can request data access or deletion by contacting support.
- FIG does not sell user data to third parties.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
- FIG aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
- Scheduled maintenance may affect access, and we will provide advance notice whenever possible.
8. Cancellation & Termination
8.1 User-Initiated Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
8.2 FIG-Initiated Termination
- FIG reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.
- If your subscription is terminated, you may lose access to stored data.
9. Limitation of Liability
- FIG is not liable for any loss of profits, business disruptions, or data breaches.
- FIG is not responsible for actions performed by third-party integrations.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the last three months of service.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting FIG support.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of FIG after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
